We ordered a replacement filter from the store where we purchased the cleaner. Over three weeks later it had not arrived so I ordered via the internet. The spare arrived within two working days - WELL DONE.

Fine service. Made the mistake of ordering wrong filter. Followed instructions on returns form to change item. Received correct filter within 36 hours of posting off wrong filter. Highly efficient service and a pleasure to deal with. Good to know an on line outlet carries out it's promises in double quick time. I say again fine superb service. Pete.

It was a pleasure dealing with your company. The item I ordered was 'what it said on the tin' and the delivery service was tremendous. I ordered mid afternoon on Day 1 and the order arrived first post Day 2.
I certainly know where to come for my next order.

I ordered my Miele spares on Friday morning and they arrived on Saturday morning. I was really impressed with the prompt delivery.
