In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings

The Buyer/You:
The person(s), firm or Company who purchases the Goods from the Company

The Company/We:
Margin Services Ltd. (trading as Spares2you)

Contract:
Any Contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions

Goods:
Any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them)

Payment for goods can be made by one of the following payment methods.

• Paypal
• Credit cards
• Debit Cards
• BACS - Please call for this option.

Please Note: Due to international BACS charges any international BACS order will have a £7 payment fee added to the order.

Pricing include VAT but does not include delivery costs.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
we do not deliver to your area;
or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo error or an error in the pricing information received by us from the suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

We are not responsible if you cannot access the site properly or at all because of any event outside our control, for example (without limitation) the performance of your or our ISP, your browser or the internet.
This site relies in part on software to work. Whilst we will monitor the site, we cannot guarantee that the site or any individual feature of the site will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses. It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.

All of our products are covered under the manufacturer warranty and the Company will endeavour to transfer to the Buyer the benefit of any Warranty or Guarantee given to the Company.

Manufactures such as VAX, Polti, Sebo, Oreck, Karcher and Numatic do not offer any period of warranty on their spares and consumables however we will provide a 60 day warranty on these items.

If you have a faulty item within 60 days please contact us via email on contact@spares2you.co.uk or Call us at 01903 776644 with your order number or postcode. 

Please note that due to the nature of some of the products they are classed as consumables and are affected by use, care and fitting.
Items that fall into this category are belts, filters, bags, tools and brush rollers etc. These items may not be covered by any warranty period.

With electronic devices such as dimmers we will send a free returns label to get the item back to full testing.
IF the tests come back and the dimmer is working as it should then a refund less £3 will be applied to your order for you to order again.
IF the dimmer fails the test then we will offer a full refund or a replacement.

All of our custom made products are non returnable as these are specially made.
If there is an issue with the product you must notify us immediately on 01903 898700
A custom made product will need to be built by one of our technicians and can upto 3 days to make depending on workload and qty ordered.
The delivery time scale given on the website if from dispatch and not when ordered.
