If you have owned your handheld vacuum cleaner for a long period of time and you have found it is no longer working at its optimal performance than a new filter may be required. The air inlet filter filters finer particles out of the air during vacuuming, before the air is then cleaned again by the exhaust filter.

It is recommended that you regularly clean the air inlet filter for a long service life.
