Steel 10mm All thread 1000mm Long Hollow Rod
The Steel 10mm All thread 1000mm Long Hollow Rod is one of the most popular fixings that we have on our Lampspares website. This steel rod is 1m long and is a 10mm thread, this is the obvious option for creating a fixing for any light fitting and lamp. This threaded rod is completely hollow to allow you to run a cable through the centre straight into the lampholder that would be threaded on the top.
To allow a lampholder to be screwed on there will need to be 6mm (Max) of thread sticking out the top so that the lampholder can be screwed down on top. Paired with our 10mm Nuts and 10mm Washers on your lamp base, it will create a sturdy and secure fixing for you to then attach your lampholder and accessories.
