The Tangential Fan on an oven or cooker cools the oven cavity, the door as well as the control panel of the oven or cooker.

It is a cylindrical fan that is controlled by a thermal switch and when you finish cooking the tangential fan should still be running. The fan will run for a few minutes or so until the oven has cooled down sufficiently.

If it has become faulty or damaged you will notice that the fan becomes noisy, so you get a noise from the oven all the time it is running.

Suitable for select Ariston, Hotpoint, Indesit and New World models.
